It allows the generation of reports on timeliness of care indicators, as well as the calculation of unsatisfied demand, allows updating the status of a slot or appointment (occupied, fulfilled, unfulfilled patient, unfulfilled professional and available), operates the modifications of agendas and/or transfers and cancellations, limits frequency of use of services, allows notifications and/or reminders (with messaging integration), provides the possibility of generating different statistical reports of appointment operations.
