Registration and Rights Verification

Facilitates the registration of identification information, demographic data, social security system affiliation, and other data to support regulatory compliance in different life stages and to enhance the ergonomics of the patient's medical record. It also supports verification through applied technology using biometrics and/or photographs to confirm user rights.

Centered around healthcare service provision, clinical record registration, billing, and interaction with other regulatory and administrative processes, this module includes administrative notes registration, billing process notes, patient referral records, and authorization management.
This module facilitates the scheduling of activities and/or services provided by the entity (clinic or hospital), manages physical resources (offices, operating rooms or procedure rooms) and the time of health professionals. It allows the generation of reports on timeliness of care indicators, as well as the calculation of unsatisfied demand, allows updating the status of a slot or appointment (occupied, fulfilled, unfulfilled patient, unfulfilled professional and available), operates the modifications of agendas and/or transfers and cancellations, limits frequency of use of services, allows notifications and/or reminders (with messaging integration), provides the possibility of generating different statistical reports of appointment operations.
Initiates the care process by ensuring proper user registration, capturing essential variables and input criteria for medical record registration, maintaining patient entry and status post-transfers, and facilitating companion registration in emergency cases.

This module gathers essential patient information for classification within the provider's emergency area, ensuring prompt and appropriate care according to the reason for consultation, vital signs, clinical findings, and diagnostic impression. Based on the triage professional’s consultation, the system prioritizes and facilitates transfers to emergency consultation rooms according to medical priority and professional availability.

This module allows the registration of office care and emergency continuity, information according to the semiology to diagnose and treat according to the diagnosis found, allows the change of care to the observation and/or hospitalization area. It facilitates the orderly sequence with step-by-step storage of the information required for each case, allows orders, prescriptions, notes, treatment sheets, validating that at the closing of the clinical history the information is complete. The software facilitates integration with diagnostic imaging and clinical laboratory to support the care process.
From the reason for consultation, the semiological structure for medical consultation is filled out, providing support tools for physical examination, history, vital signs and integration with diagnostic images and clinical laboratory for a diagnosis and conduct to follow, a tool to order and prescribe, refer and/or generate a new medical appointment. It has objects for incapacities, informed consents by fingerprint or signature and personalized notes.
Allows the registration of the first time consultation, treatment and dental procedures, records the COP index, keeps a complete control of the treatment plan of each patient being able to appreciate the changes of the patient in the odontogram and plaque control. It allows the storage of images and videos using intraoral camera or others. It manages orders, prescriptions, incapacities, referrals and informed consents signed by fingerprint and/or signature devices.

Module that provides continuity to the process of patient care whose care process has times to evaluate a behavior in accordance with the evolution of the patient and diagnostic aids, in this process involves the team of medical and nursing professionals and share a platform in order to treat and recover the patient, this platform allows the transfer to other areas, such as hospitalization, intermediate or intensive care and / or operating room.

It manages the medical and nursing areas with their respective security privileges, in the medical area the management plan is made and the patient's evolution is made, in the nursing area the patient's admission and management notes are made, vital signs, neurological sheet, medications and materials are recorded. Medications and materials in this process can be registered by nursing once ordered and duly dispatched by the pharmacy, performs the balance of liquids and allows the consultation of diagnostic tests.

Allows checking the patient's status concerning programmed health activities, completed and pending procedures based on age and gender. It records health promotion and maintenance activities according to the patient’s life cycle. The module measures health promotion activities against set goals and includes forms for cytology, growth and development, family planning, detection of growth disorders in youth and adults, and early childhood monitoring.

Enables parameterization of normal and permissible value ranges for test entries according to age, gender, and pregnancy status. It facilitates test result registration and provides online access to results in all areas of the medical record. This module can be enhanced with integration into a Laboratory Information System (LIS), allowing direct connection with laboratory equipment and seamless integration with electronic medical records.
Includes a component that facilitates image and video storage, requiring a robust repository. The system allows image collections, offers image reading functionalities with zooming capabilities for detail examination according to resolution.

Enables the recording of scheduled or emergency surgical procedures, managing single or multiple procedures, different approaches, and different professionals. It facilitates surgical description, anesthesia management, supplies, and medication tracking, supported by requisitions and expense reports.

Allows the configuration of vaccines with their doses and boosters, manages the registration of vaccines according to the age and condition of the user. It is integrated transversally to the clinical history in all the processes of patient care, it prints the cards and enhances the reporting process against the vaccination actions of the health service provider.
Configures a medical record for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with dynamic templates for procedure descriptions, preceded by electronically signed informed consent (via fingerprint or digital device). It integrates with other administrative processes within the healthcare provider’s system.
