Modules
Registration and Rights Verification
Facilitates the registration of identification information, demographic data, social security system affiliation, and other data to support regulatory compliance in different life stages and to enhance the ergonomics of the patient's medical record. It also supports verification through applied technology using biometrics and/or photographs to confirm user rights.
Patient management
Centered around healthcare service provision, clinical record registration, billing, and interaction with other regulatory and administrative processes, this module includes administrative notes registration, billing process notes, patient referral records, and authorization management.
Professional Scheduling and Medical Appointments
This module facilitates scheduling activities and/or services provided by the healthcare entity (clinic or hospital), manages physical resources (consultation rooms, surgery rooms, or procedure rooms), and organizes healthcare professionals' time. It generates reports on care opportunity indicators, calculates unmet demand, updates appointment statuses (occupied, completed, missed by patient, missed by professional, available), manages agenda modifications, transfers, and cancellations, limits service usage frequency, enables notifications and/or reminders (integrated with messaging services), and provides various statistical reports on appointment operations.
Admissions
Initiates the care process by ensuring proper user registration, capturing essential variables and input criteria for medical record registration, maintaining patient entry and status post-transfers, and facilitating companion registration in emergency cases.
Triage
This module gathers essential patient information for classification within the provider's emergency area, ensuring prompt and appropriate care according to the reason for consultation, vital signs, clinical findings, and diagnostic impression. Based on the triage professional’s consultation, the system prioritizes and facilitates transfers to emergency consultation rooms according to medical priority and professional availability.
Emergency Care
This module allows recording of consultations and continuous emergency care, structured according to semiology for diagnosis and treatment. It enables transitioning patient care to observation and/or hospitalization. The system ensures a structured sequence with step-by-step data storage, allowing for orders, prescriptions, notes, and treatment sheets while validating the completeness of medical records at discharge. The software integrates with diagnostic imaging and clinical laboratory systems to support patient care.
Medical Consultation
Based on the reason for the consultation, this module structures the clinical assessment, providing tools for physical examinations, patient history, vital signs, and integration with diagnostic imaging and clinical laboratory services. It also allows for orders and prescriptions, referrals, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Additional features include disability records, electronic consent forms (signed via fingerprint or signature), and personalized notes.
Dentistry
Enables the recording of initial consultations, treatments, and dental procedures. It records the COP index, maintains complete control of each patient’s treatment plan, and tracks changes through an odontogram and plaque control. It also allows for storing images and videos from intraoral cameras or other devices. The module manages treatment orders, prescriptions, disability certificates, referrals, and electronic consent forms signed via fingerprint or electronic signature.
Observation
Supports the continuity of patient care for cases requiring evaluation over time based on patient evolution and diagnostic tests. Medical and nursing professionals collaborate on a shared platform to treat and recover the patient. This platform enables transfers to hospitalization, intermediate or intensive care, and/or surgical areas.
Hospitalization
Manages medical and nursing areas with respective security privileges. The medical section facilitates treatment planning and patient progress tracking, while the nursing section records admission notes, patient management, vital signs, neurological charts, medication, and materials. Medications and materials can be registered by nursing staff once prescribed and dispensed by the pharmacy. The module also tracks fluid balance and provides access to diagnostic tests.
Health Promotion and Maintenance
Allows checking the patient's status concerning programmed health activities, completed and pending procedures based on age and gender. It records health promotion and maintenance activities according to the patient’s life cycle. The module measures health promotion activities against set goals and includes forms for cytology, growth and development, family planning, detection of growth disorders in youth and adults, and early childhood monitoring.
Clinical laboratory
Enables parameterization of normal and permissible value ranges for test entries according to age, gender, and pregnancy status. It facilitates test result registration and provides online access to results in all areas of the medical record. This module can be enhanced with integration into a Laboratory Information System (LIS), allowing direct connection with laboratory equipment and seamless integration with electronic medical records.
Diagnostic Imaging
Includes a component that facilitates image and video storage, requiring a robust repository. The system allows image collections, offers image reading functionalities with zooming capabilities for detail examination according to resolution.
Surgery
Enables the recording of scheduled or emergency surgical procedures, managing single or multiple procedures, different approaches, and different professionals. It facilitates surgical description, anesthesia management, supplies, and medication tracking, supported by requisitions and expense reports.
Vaccination
Configures vaccines, doses, and boosters, managing vaccine registration according to user age and condition. This module integrates seamlessly with the electronic medical record across all patient care processes, prints vaccination cards, and enhances reporting on vaccination activities performed by healthcare providers.
Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures
Configures a medical record for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with dynamic templates for procedure descriptions, preceded by electronically signed informed consent (via fingerprint or digital device). It integrates with other administrative processes within the healthcare provider’s system.
