Accounts payable
It allows to manage all the accounts payable that the entity has:

Payroll (Payroll Processing and Electronic Payroll Generation)
This module handles the calculation of the company's different payrolls through liquidation, accounting, and budgeting. Preparing a payroll requires a comprehensive set of data from start to finish. The payroll module includes a parameters section that allows for configuring and managing employee information, registering social security and payroll tax affiliations, and setting up liquidated concepts with customizable formulas. It also enables the creation of new job vacancies and specifies the types of employment relationships that can fill them. Since the payroll system includes an option for adjunct faculty payroll processing, lecture fees can be parameterized. Through the management section and established parameters, labor contracts can be registered for permanent or temporary employees. It also allows for managing assignments, resignations, and suspensions, as well as recording employee updates such as vacations, absences, amortizations, and garnishments. Processes handled within the payroll module include the generation of the Integrated Contribution Settlement Worksheet (PILA), salary increases, bulk contribution registration, and the mass assignment of payroll concepts to employees, among others.
Billing
This module allows for the preparation and accounting of invoices in compliance with current accounting regulations.
Invoices generated from purchases made within any previous cycles of the application will be automatically populated with all relevant data, requiring only verification by the user. This feature enables complete tracking of the entire process and has an online interface with accounting, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
